From Grenoble to Conroe, with Paulette at the heart.
Since 1998
Jerome and Nathalie built their life in restaurants across France.
2022
They sold everything and moved to Texas to start again.

The cafe honors Nathalie's mother, a baker and pastry chef.
After more than twenty years running restaurants in Grenoble and Sainte-Maxime, Jerome and Nathalie left France for a new beginning in Conroe, Texas.
The cafe carries the name of Paulette, Nathalie's mother: a baker, pastry chef, and keeper of family recipes. Every croissant, tart, eclair, crepe, and pastry case moment is a tribute to that craft.
